| Floral
Design I |
| This course is designed to give students the skills
to be able to work in the floral industry. Students will
learn how the floral business is set up by achieving training as a
designer, cashier, stock clerk, and buyer. Students will
also be taught flower and plant care and usage through lecture,
demonstrations and hands on experiences in a flower shop. |

Through lecture, reading and hands-on projects students
